Book your mixology Class and learn how to shake, mix and muddle your way to being the life of the party.

Taught by in house mixologist, you can finally learn how to make your favourite cocktails in a fun and engaging environment!
We will personally show you how to make two traditional cocktails- one shaken, one mixed and of course one muddled.

CHICKEN QUINOA SALAD (gf)

Grilled marinated chicken, mixed quinoa, coriander, rocket, black beans & cherry
tomatoes w. lemon and ginger dressing

FETTUCCINI PALERMO

Chicken, bacon, mushroom & snow peas tossed w. a light cream, pesto sauce

OLD FAITHFUL BURGER

Grass-fed beef patty w. lettuce, tomato, pickles, aioli & BBQ sauce

CLASSIC PROSCIUTTO PIZZA

Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese topped w. rocket leaves, grana padana cheese finished w. balsamic glaze

VEGGIE DELIGHT PIZZA (v)

Spinach, capsicum, Spanish onion, mushroom, fresh tomato & feta cheese

SWEET POTATO BURGER (v)

Spiced sweet potato patty with mixed salad, tomato, avocado & paprika aioli

FISH AND CHIPS

Beer battered fish fillets, thyme salted chips, salad w. tartare sauce

SUPREME PIZZA

Ham, pepperoni, capsicum, caramelized onion, olives & oregano

Pizzas can be prepared on gluten free bases, however they are prepared in the vicinity of flour (extra charge applies for Gluten free bases )
